CREATING AN AIRY LIVING ROOM WITH A POP OF COLOR
The idea behind this living room is to bring the outdoor inside. The luxurious velvet sofa with rich green color brought out the right amount of drama. The neutral tone of the plush shag rug and bone coffee table balanced out the color pallet.
HIS AND HER BEDROOM
He wants bold and masculine and she wants soft and elegant. Nothing works better than a black and white pallet to merge both aesthetics. The soft texture of the drapes and bedding beautifully coexists with the dark and moody accent wall. The icing on the cake is the brass table lamps and ceiling light.
HOW TO CREATE AN ENTRANCE
The entrance is the first impression of your home. It needs to be functional and stylish. Here are some must-haves in order to create a functional entrance:
1. A console table if your space allows.
2. Apart from overhead lighting, the entrance needs to have additional lighting to create a warm and cozy ambiance.
3. An ottoman or bench to put on the shoes.
4. A full-length mirror or any decorative mirror.
5. A coat stand or hooks if there is no coat closet.
6. A basket to store your workout gloves and headphone.
7. A runner or floor mat.
8. Some greenery.
CELEBRATE THE CALMNESS
The guest bedroom! The aesthetic of the room is boho french chic. The color palette is pretty much oatmeal, beige and hints of black and green. The gold brought out the glam factor. I used a ladder desk that serves both as vanity and a small desk.
